Role & Responsibilities
Manage the operations and performance of multiple retail stores.
Coordinate with distributors for product availability, stock replenishment, and smooth supply.
Monitor store performance and implement strategies to improve sales and operational efficiency.
Ensure consistent brand standards, visual merchandising, and customer service across stores.
Recruit, train, and manage retail teams across multiple locations.
Monitor inventory and minimize stock shortages, excess inventory, and wastage.
Drive sales, revenue, profitability, and business targets across stores.
Conduct regular store visits to monitor operations, compliance, merchandising, and team performance.
Handle customer escalations and ensure a good customer experience.
Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, statutory requirements, and audit standards.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing,



Retail Management, or a related field.
5–7 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in Beauty, Skincare, Cosmetics, or Personal Care.
Hands-on experience working with distributors and channel partners.
Strong knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, merchandising, and sales planning.
Robust team leadership and people management skills.
Good communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Willingness to travel extensively across assigned store locations.
