Job Responsibilities
Prepare architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, and working drawings.
Develop residential, commercial, and institutional projects.
Conduct regular site visits, site inspections, and execution coordination.
Handle client meetings, presentations, and design discussions.
Coordinate with structural consultants, site teams, and vendors.
Resolve site-related design issues and ensure drawing compliance.
Support quotations, BOQ preparation, and technical sales discussions.

Requirements
B.Arch with 4–5 years of relevant experience.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3D visualization.
Knowledge of construction detailing and approval drawings.
Solid client communication and site coordination skills.
Practical understanding of materials, BOQ, and execution.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
