Set up and operate turning centers to produce cutting tools according to specifications.(ace Machine fanuc control)
Conduct quality control checks on finished products to ensure compliance with standards.
Troubleshoot machine malfunctions and perform routine maintenance tasks as needed.
Collaborate with other team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
Maintain accurate records of production data, including part numbers produced, cycle times, and tool changes.
