Engage with clients to understand business problems and come up with approaches to solve them.
Ability to articulate Analytics/Data Science solutions to clients.
Guide, mentor, and coach junior team members.

An ideal candidate would have the below skill sets.
Positive understanding of statistical and data mining techniques.
Hands-on Experience in building Machine Learning models in Python
Ability to collect, clean, and engineer large amounts of data using SQL/PySpark techniques.
Data analysis and visualization skills in any of Power BI, and Tableau to bring out valuable insights from data
Experience working in at least one of the cloud platforms preferred: Azure, AWS, or GCP.
It is valuable to have a working knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs)
