Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled PL/SQL Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain database applications using Oracle PL/SQL. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in database development, performance tuning, and data analysis while working closely with business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities
Develop, enhance, and maintain Oracle PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, triggers, and views.
Design and optimize complex SQL queries for high performance.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Perform database performance tuning and query optimization.
Develop ETL processes and data migration scripts.
Create and maintain database objects, indexes, and constraints.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA teams.
Prepare technical documentation and support deployment activities.

Required Skills




Solid experience in Oracle Database and PL/SQL development.
Expertise in SQL query writing and optimization.
Experience with Stored Procedures, Functions, Packages, Triggers, and Cursors.
Knowledge of Performance Tuning, Execution Plans, and Indexing.
Understanding of Data Modeling and Database Design.
Experience with ETL/Data Migration processes.
Familiarity with version control tools such as Git.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills
Experience with Oracle Forms/Reports, APEX, or SQL Developer.
Knowledge of Unix/Linux shell scripting.
Exposure to banking, insurance, retail, or finance domains.
Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Oracle certifications are an added advantage.
