SailPoint development (3+ years hands-on) in either IdentityIQ or Identity Security Cloud. This is the non-negotiable anchor of the role.
Rules, workflows, and forms: building and maintaining SailPoint rules, workflows, and forms for access requests, approvals, and provisioning.
Java and BeanShell, specifically for SailPoint rule types: Build Map, Correlation, and Provisioning rules are named explicitly, so expect interview questions on them.
Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) lifecycle automation driven by HR sources such as Workday or SuccessFactors.
Connector onboarding and maintenance, mainly Active Directory, LDAP, JDBC, and flat-file (delimited) sources.
Supporting technologies: working knowledge of Active Directory, SQL, and REST APIs.
Production troubleshooting of provisioning failures, aggregation issues, and workflow errors.
