Key Responsibilities:
Connect with interested students and parents
Understand learning goals and career interests
Validate leads and assess admission readiness
Share basic course information
Maintain call records and lead status updates
Coordinate with the counseling/sales team
Pass qualified leads for further counseling
What Were Looking For:
Graduate in any discipline
Degree in Education, Psychology, IT, or a related field is a plus
Prior experience in academic counseling or student support preferred
Basic understanding of IT courses and career pathways
Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
