The role will involve planning and executing camps, managing agencies and vendors, driving local lead generation and promotion, and owning the customer experience and operations on-ground.
We are looking for someone who is highly execution-oriented, comfortable working with external partners and local stakeholders, strong at solving problems on the ground, and able to use data to understand what is driving acquisition and continuously improve camp performance.
The ideal candidate should have a robust bias for ownership and be comfortable taking a camp from planning acquisition execution conversion measurement independently.
