Job Description:
Supervise and manage finishing works at residential/commercial project sites.
Ensure quality and timely completion of finishing activities as per project specifications.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, architects and other site teams.
Handle civil finishing works including flooring, tiling, plaster, painting, false ceiling, doors, fixtures and other interior works.
Monitor site progress, workmanship and material requirements.
Conduct inspections and ensure proper rectification of defects.
Maintain quality standards, safety practices and project timelines.
Preferred: Candidates with experience in luxury residential / high-rise projects will be preferred.
