Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end IT operations at manufacturing plants.
Handle critical incidents, troubleshooting, and RCA.
Support production applications, ALC/PLC systems, and ERP/SAP.
Manage ITIL processes, SLA/KPI, and IT infrastructure.
Coordinate with production, maintenance, vendors, and central IT teams.
Manage onsite IT support team, shifts, and plant IT operations.
Maintain IT inventory, SOPs, and documentation.
Required Skills:
Solid Plant IT Operations experience.
Manufacturing/production IT experience.
IT infrastructure and ITIL knowledge.
Robust problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
Willingness to work onsite and support 247 operations.
