Theme Development and Course Setup
Create and establish current visual themes for course presentations.
Develop design frameworks aligned with project requirements and branding guidelines.
Design reusable templates for productive content production.
Script-to-Gamma Content Development
Convert approved scripts into structured Gamma presentations.
Organize content flow, slide hierarchy, and learning structure.
Ensure content accuracy and visual consistency during generation.
Gamma Presentation Enhancement
Update and replace AI-generated images with relevant visuals.
Perform alignment checks and maintain visual consistency across slides.
Review generated content and images before submitting for Scholar Review.
Scholar Review Coordination
Coordinate with Scholars for content validation and review.
Implement content, image, and structural changes suggested by Scholars.
Maintain version control and update presentations based on review feedback.
Gamma-to-PowerPoint Conversion
Convert approved Gamma presentations into PowerPoint format.
Develop and apply customized PowerPoint templates.
Ensure formatting consistency and design quality during conversion.
PowerPoint-to-Canva Development




Recreate and enhance presentations within Canva.
Generate and update images as required.
Improve content presentation, visual hierarchy, and slide alignment.
Add animations, transitions, icons, infographics, and interactive elements where necessary.
Canva Review and Corrections
Submit Canva presentations for Scholar Review.
Implement corrections, revisions, and content updates based on review feedback.
Ensure all Scholar comments are accurately addressed.
Quality Control and Validation
Conduct Self-QC before final submission.
Review slide formatting, typography, image quality, animations, and content consistency.
Ensure adherence to organizational quality standards.
TQC and VQC Implementation
Implementing the TQC (Technical Quality Check) and VQC (Visual Quality Check)
Validate final presentation quality before approval.
Final Approval and LMS Delivery
Prepare approved presentations for final production.
Perform final editing and optimization.
Export and deliver files in LMS-compatible formats.
Ensure all course assets are properly organized and archived.
