The Key areas of accountability/responsibility:

-Execute tests in accordance with ENVALIOR EP procedures and other relevant test standards.

-Reporting the abnormal test data/condition of equipment

-Maintain and manage documentation related to IRTC activities.

-Conducted tests as per LIMS and archive data in LIMS.

-Operate, maintain, and handle laboratory equipment to ensure optimal condition as per SOP

-Support for PMS, calibration, and maintenance activities of IRTC lab equipment.

-Conduct periodic SQC/Validation testing and validate test equipment performance.

-Receive, store, label, and dispose of test samples in line with company procedures.

-Implement and sustain continual improvement activities viz.5S, Kaizen initiatives within the IRTC laboratory.

-Coordinate with Technology and warehouse, other manufacturing sites for material availability.

-Work with QA team on the use and management of shared test equipment.

-Authorities

-Authorize start, continuation, or termination of laboratory tests as per defined standards and procedures.

-Approve routine calibration,



review and acceptance of jobs in LIMS, maintenance, and verification activities for assigned equipment.

-SHE & Security, Quality, Compliance and Management Systems

Follow safety guidelines, LSR, Permit to Work system, report hazards/unsafe conditions, ensure secure handling of samples/equipment. Quality: Perform tests per approved standards/SOPs, validate equipment, report abnormal data, maintain accuracy and reliability. Management Systems Establish and maintain an effective global management system based on ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, OSHA 45 K Standard.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Technical knowledge: product and end-part testing, injection molding, EP/ISO/ASTM test methods, material/product knowledge, functional industrial requirements, and standards

Fluent spoken and written English

Minimum 3 years of experience required

Qualification should be B. Tech polymer/Chemical

Experience in NABL lab will be outstanding to have
