Responsibilities
Effectively support Oracle Cloud ERP, EPM, and OTM SaaS user access and auditing
Support user security and role provisioning in Oracle Fusion Cloud, EPM, and OTM, guiding users to ensure appropriate access
Import users and manage access using standard Oracle security functionalities
Design, maintain, and troubleshoot role-based access aligned with Oracle security best practices
Manage and monitor auditing for user access ensuring minimal violations within Oracle Risk Management Cloud RMC
Support all security and auditing-related issues across Oracle Fusion Cloud applications
Collaborate with Security, Development, and Product teams to identify and resolve issues
Migrate SaaS technical objects - BIP, BICC, and ESS jobs
Follow up on Oracle MOS service requests to resolution
Complete ServiceNow tickets within agreed SLAs to support users
