Preferred Candidate Profile
Graduate / MBA in Retail, Sales, Operations or relevant discipline.
2 to 3 years of experience as an Area Sales / Retail Manager in Apparel, Footwear, Spectacles or related retail businesses.
Robust experience managing 7 to 10+ COCO (Company Owned Company Operated) stores.
Experience managing sales, profitability, team performance and store operations across multiple locations.
Strong experience in training and inspiring store teams to achieve business targets.
Experience in store-level recruitment and team management.
Solid analytical skills with hands-on knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong communication and people management skills.
High willingness to travel extensively across the assigned territory, approximately 12 to 15 days per month.
