Job Summary

CogentHub is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our OneVoice Soundboard Team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent English communication skills, customer-handling abilities, and flexibility to work in rotational shift schedules, including night shifts and alternate Saturdays.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer interactions professionally and efficiently.
Follow process guidelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
Resolve customer queries while maintaining service quality.
Achieve assigned productivity and performance targets.
Maintain accurate records and follow operational procedures.
Adhere to assigned shift timings and alternate Saturday working schedules.
Demonstrate excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.

Candidate Requirements




Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
International BPO / voice process experience preferred.
Comfortable working in evening and night shifts.
Willingness to work on alternate Saturdays as per the roster.
Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period preferred.

Shift Timings

US NIGHT SHIFT ROTATIONAL

5 Days work and 2 days rotational off

Important Candidate Information
Candidates must be comfortable with the assigned shift schedule.
Willingness to work night shifts and alternate Saturdays is mandatory.
Shift allocation will be as per operational requirements.
This is a Work From Office chance in Kolkata.
