We are looking for a Field Debt Manager to manage a team of field collection executives responsible for recovering overdue payments from personal-loan customers.
Responsibilities
Manage and guide the field collection team.
Plan customer visits for overdue accounts.
Ensure monthly collection/recovery targets are achieved.
Monitor daily team performance and field activities.
Handle high-value/difficult customer cases when required.
Guide the team on customer follow-ups and skip tracing.
Ensure collection activities follow company policies and legal guidelines.
Conduct daily team meetings and performance reviews.
Maintain collection reports and update account feedback.
Requirements
3+ years of relevant experience.
Experience in collections / debt recovery / loan recovery preferred.
Experience managing a field collection team.
Positive communication and influencing skills.
Positive knowledge of the local geography.
Working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Graduate preferred.
