Role & Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
Understand job requirements and coordinate with hiring managers/stakeholders.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, databases, referrals and social media.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments based on job requirements.
Shortlist suitable candidates and coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring teams.
Conduct candidate follow-ups throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment tracker/ATS.
Handle bulk hiring and volume recruitment for multiple positions when required.
Coordinate salary discussions, offer rollouts and offer-to-joining follow-up.
Maintain regular communication with candidates and hiring stakeholders.
Track recruitment TAT, interview status, offers and joining status.
Prepare recruitment MIS reports and provide regular hiring updates.
Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
