Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented marketing professional to support and execute Unifis branding and marketing initiatives. The role involves end-to-end coordination across campaigns, agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of all marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day marketing operations and ensure timely execution of all deliverables as per briefs
Track and monitor multiple ongoing projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards
Coordinate closely with internal teams and external agencies for the smooth execution of marketing initiatives
Work with creative, digital agencies on all marketing collaterals (brochures, presentations, mailers, digital assets, AVs, etc.)
Support end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns (ATL & BTL), including planning, coordination, and reporting
Assist in planning and executing events, activations, and brand initiatives
Maintain and regularly update the vendor database; identify and onboard recent vendors as per requirements
Ensure cost efficiency and timely delivery across all vendor engagements
Oversee website updates, working with developers/agencies for content changes, enhancements,



and issue resolution
Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and communications
Support reporting and documentation of marketing activities and campaign performance

Requirements
MBA / PGDM in Marketing or relevant field
2 – 5 years of relevant experience in branding/marketing roles
Solid experience in working with external agencies and vendors
Good understanding of ATL/BTL marketing and campaign execution
Robust project management and coordination skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel); familiarity with basic marketing tools is a plus

Preferred:
Prior experience in an agency or brand-side role; candidates with financial services exposure will have an added advantage
Exposure to digital marketing, website CMS tools, Social media platforms
Basic understanding of branding, design, and content workflows
