Role Overview

We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented Chartered Accountants to support a large-scale corporate and government investigations involving forensic accounting, financial transaction analysis, fund flow tracing, regulatory compliance reviews, and preparation of investigation reports. The role offers an opportunity to work closely with investigation professionals, legal teams, forensic technology specialists, and regulatory authorities in uncovering complex financial irregularities and fraudulent transactions.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct forensic review and analysis of financial records, bank statements, transactions, and supporting documents to identify irregularities, fraud indicators, and fund flow patterns.
Perform background research, public domain intelligence (OSINT), and related party analysis to identify key individuals, entities, and potential conflict-of-interest concerns.
Support collection, review, and analysis of financial and digital data, and assist in correlating evidence from multiple sources.
Assist investigation teams during interviews, statement recording, evidence gathering, and field investigation activities.




Prepare analytical schedules, fund-flow analyses, evidence matrices, and investigation working papers to support findings.
Identify potential violations of the Companies Act and other applicable laws and assist in developing legally supportable conclusions.
Contribute to drafting investigation reports, factual matrices, annexures, and presentations for regulatory, legal, and enforcement purposes.
Liaise with internal teams, forensic specialists, legal specialists, banks, regulators, and other stakeholders during the investigation process.

Required Qualifications
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting standards, auditing, and corporate governance.
Proficiency in MS Excel and financial data analysis.
Excellent analytical, investigative, and report-writing skills.
Ability to review large volumes of financial and documentary evidence.
Robust communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills
Prior experience in Forensic Investigations, Risk Advisory, Internal Audit, Forensic Audit, or Financial Due Diligence.
Knowledge of Companies Act, fraud risk assessment, and corporate investigations.
