Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion
Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs
Operational Focus
Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations
Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory
Meet contractual conditions of performance
Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status
Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones
Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits and licences
Analyse, manage and mitigate risks
Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques
Preferred candidate profile
Bachelors or Masters of Science in Civil Engineering,
Construction Management, Architecture, or other related discipline required
8 to 12 years of project experience working in the construction industry required
Hands-on experience in RCC execution is must have.
Solid knowledge of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and resource management.
Experience in handling contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
Well-versed with construction quality standards, safety regulations, and statutory compliance.
Ability to monitor project progress, resolve site issues, and ensure timely project delivery.
Solid leadership, negotiation, communication, and team management skills.
