The ROC Checker / SPOC is responsible for end-to-end handling of ROC assignments including preparation, review, and coordination. The role involves executing critical work (CHG forms, ROC & CERSAI searches), allocating tasks to Makers, ensuring quality control, and acting as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for clients/banks.
Key Responsibilities (JD):
Preparation, Allocation & Execution of Work
Prepare and execute critical assignments independently, including:
Charge Forms (CHG Creation, Modification, Satisfaction)
ROC Search Reports
CERSAI Search Reports
Miscellaneous ROC Work
Allocate work to Makers and ensure proper understanding of tasks.
Balance between self-execution and team allocation based on priority and workload.
Quality Check & Review
Review:
Work prepared by self
Work prepared by Makers
Ensure:
Error-free output
Proper documentation
Compliance with SOPs and checklists
SPOC – Client & Bank Coordination
Act as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for:
Banks
Clients
Handle:
Queries
Clarifications
Status updates
Ensure timely and qualified communication.
TAT Monitoring & Control
Monitor Turnaround Time (TAT) for all assigned cases.
Ensure:
Timely completion
Proper prioritization of urgent cases
Highlight delays with reasons.
Tracker & MIS Updates
Ensure all cases are:
Updated in trackers in real-time
Properly categorized and tracked
Support MIS preparation as required.
Escalation Handling
Identify:
Data gaps
Delays
Client issues
Escalate to Manager/Head where required.
Process Adherence & Compliance
Ensure strict adherence to:
SOPs
Checklists
Defined formats
Maintain consistency across all deliverables.
Documentation & Record Management
Ensure all documents are:
Properly verified
Systematically saved
Easily retrievable
Daily Huddle Participation
Attend Daily Huddle Meeting without fail.
