Role & responsibilities
Build and maintain BI dashboards and reports for Finance, RCM, Operations, Product, and Executive Management.
Work with business teams to understand their reporting needs and convert them into dashboards and KPIs.
Manage dashboards, data connections, data refreshes, users, and access.
Work with data from QuickBooks, ClaimMD, Healthie, Excel, SQL databases, APIs, and internal applications.
Validate data and make sure dashboards and reports are accurate.
Troubleshoot data and reporting issues.
Maintain KPI definitions and documentation for dashboards.
Work with the Engineering/Technology team when additional data or system integration support is needed.

Support the VP Technology with BI strategy, reporting priorities, and dashboard development

Preferred candidate profile
Experience with Zoho Analytics.
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI platforms.
Healthcare or RCM reporting experience.

Experience working with APIs and cloud-based applications
