Key Responsibilities
Manage the agents to drive insurance business.
Build and maintain robust relationships with agents
Advise customers on suitable insurance solutions based on their needs.
Conduct regular product training and refresher sessions agents
Provide prompt service and support for customer queries and policy-related requirements.
Drive sales productivity and improve insurance penetration .
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and operational processes.
- Participate in customer meetings, and sales campaigns to enhance business generation.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline.
Experience in Agency Motor, Insurance Sales is preferred.
