Key Responsibilities:
Manage overall plant operations including Production, Quality, Maintenance, Stores and Dispatch.
Achieve production targets with optimum utilization of manpower, machines and resources.
Handle die casting processes, productivity improvement and process optimization.
Monitor quality, rejection, wastage and production efficiency. Ensure preventive maintenance and smooth functioning of plant machinery.
Manage manpower, shift planning and shop-floor discipline. Drive cost reduction, productivity improvement and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with EHS, statutory and company policies.
