Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Electrical Design Engineer with hands-on experience in cement industry projects. The role involves electrical detail engineering for cement plant packages, including power distribution, motors, MCCs, VFDs, and control systems.

Key Responsibilities
Electrical detail engineering for cement plant sections such as Raw Mill, Kiln, Cooler, Coal Mill, Cement Mill, and Packing Plant.
Prepare SLDs, schematics, control circuits, cable schedules, load lists, and cable/tray layouts.
Design and size HT/LT switchgear, transformers, MCCs, VFDs, soft starters, and motors.
Support earthing, lightning protection, load flow,



short-circuit, and protection coordination studies.
Review GA drawings, panel layouts, vendor drawings, and electrical equipment specifications.
Coordinate with Process, Instrumentation, Mechanical, Civil, and Project teams.
Support installation, commissioning, vendor meetings, and site activities.
Ensure compliance with applicable IS/IEC standards and project requirements.

Required Skills
5–8 years of relevant Electrical Design / Detail Engineering experience.
Cement industry experience is mandatory.
Good knowledge of cement plant electrical systems and power distribution.
Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical and ETAP.
Robust understanding of HT/LT systems, MCCs, VFDs, transformers, and motor control.
Valuable documentation, coordination, and communication skills.
Willingness to travel for site and commissioning activities.

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
