Job Responsibility:
Ecom-B2B Financial Operations
Prepare the inward and outward tracker.
Prepare the price debit note tracker.
Forward unauthorized debits, excluding returns, to the channel head for resolution.
Handle credit note workings.
Generate payment advice.
Transparent customer account line items.
Reconcile receivables with respective chain accounts.
Lead reconciliation finalization discussions with the sales team and chain.
Consolidate primary billing.
Prepare debtor ageing.
Follow up on receivables
Ecom-B2C Operations
Prepare the order-wise receivable tracker.
Create payment advice for accounting purposes.
Escalate unauthorized debits, excluding returns, to the sales team for resolution.
Validate commission workings and enable invoice accounting.
Manage SPF claim raising.
Develop the SPF tracker.
Verify SPF updates in SAP.
Follow up on receivables.
Prepare reconciliations.
Lead reconciliation finalization discussions with the sales team and chain.
Work Experience
Education: BCom/BBA/MBA
Total Experience: 3+ years
Domain Expertise: E-commerce reconciliations and accounts receivable experience
