Job Summary
We are looking for Services Sales Managers Junior & Senior to drive new business and revenue for
TPMGurus IT Services portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business through cold calling, networking, references, email/LinkedIn and
customer visits.
Identify and map prospects across Corporate, SME, BFSI, Government, Healthcare, Hospitality
and other sectors.
¢ Generate revenue from Third-Party AMC, FMS, Managed Services, IT Infrastructure Support,
Product Sales, Parts Sales and Rentals.
¢ Conduct customer meetings, presentations and requirement discussions.
¢
Manage the complete sales cycle: Lead Requirement Quotation Negotiation PO
Contract Closure.
¢ Develop and maintain relationships with IT Heads, Procurement, Purchase, Admin and key
decision-makers.
¢ Cross-sell and upsell additional IT services to existing customers.




¢ Coordinate with Technical, Presales, Operations, Procurement and Finance teams for successful
deal closure.
¢ Maintain CRM, sales pipeline and submit weekly sales reports/business plans.
¢ Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Required Skills
¢ Strong B2B Sales & Business Development skills.
¢ Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
¢ Robust Hunter mindset and new customer acquisition ability.
¢ Good networking, cold calling and follow-up skills.
¢ Willingness to travel for customer meetings.
¢ IT Services / AMC / FMS / Managed Services / IT Infrastructure sales experience is preferred.
Qualication
¢ Graduate in any discipline.
¢ MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing will be an added advantage.
¢ Freshers with robust sales interest may apply for the Junior position.
¢ Relevant IT Services Sales experience preferred for the Senior position.
