Role & responsibilities
Collect, organize, and manage daily business data from various departments.
Prepare and share accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for the management team.
Use Advanced Excel formulas (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts) to analyze and present data clearly.
Ensure all databases are up-to-date, secure, and free of errors.
Identify discrepancies in data and resolve them quickly.
Assist in automating routine reports to save time and improve efficiency.
Support the operations and project teams with required data for decision-making.

Preferred candidate profile
Education: Bachelors degree in any discipline (B.Com, B.Sc, BCA, or BBA preferred).
Experience: 1 to 3 years of proven experience in an MIS or data reporting role.
Technical Skills: Solid proficiency in MS Excel (Advanced) and MS Word. Basic knowledge of PowerBI or data visualization tools is a plus.
Key Skills: High attention to detail, solid analytical skills, and comfortable handling large volumes of data.
Soft Skills: Positive communication skills to interact with different teams and present data effectively.
