Key Responsibilities:
Own 3PL warehouse partnerships, SLAs, contracts and performance.
Drive fulfilment efficiency, inventory accuracy and cost optimization.
Manage logistics partners, rate negotiations, TAT, service levels and delivery performance.
Improve D0/D1 delivery, reduce RTO and optimize reverse logistics.
Lead demand & supply forecasting, buy planning, stock cover and replenishment.
Drive inventory allocation across warehouses, marketplaces and stores.
Build and lead high-performing planning, warehouse and logistics teams.
Implement and optimize WMS, OMS and planning systems.
Drive operational metrics, reviews and continuous improvement.

Candidate Profile:
10+ years of Operations & Supply Chain experience with leading consumer brands.
Robust experience in 3PL warehouse and courier/logistics partner management.
Experience in inventory planning, forecasting and replenishment.
Robust vendor management and cost negotiation experience.
D2C / E-commerce / Omnichannel experience strongly preferred.
Apparel / Fashion / Lifestyle experience is an advantage.
Should be based in Mumbai or Bangalore and comfortable with travel across India.
