Job Title: Manufacturing Consultant (Plant Operations)

Job Description (Please provide summary of the position):
Overall experience of about 8 to 15 years.
Plant Operations experience in one or more functional areas Manufacturing Operations Management, MES, Quality, Plant Maintenance preferably in Business consulting roles.
Experience in manufacturing industry in one or more sub-verticals; automotive, aerospace, industrial, process manufacturing.
Experience as a functional consultant in one or more COTS Solutions:
Critical Manufacturing, Apriso, Siemens Opcenter
MFG Modules of leading ERPs (SAP-DM, Oracle, D365 etc.)
Industry standard certifications preferred.
Exposure to Supply Chain Management is an added advantage.

Responsibilities:
Ability to engage at CXO levels and articulate on offerings.
Lead Consulting engagements independently,



Client stakeholder management at multiple levels and successfully deliver engagements at client locations (Travel as needed, about 75% of time.)
Ability to define transformation strategy and roadmap, Business Process Harmonization, Requirements, baselining and solution Fit-Gap assessment. Identify continuous improvement prospects and convert them to qualified leads.
Lead Go-To-Market & Thought Leadership initiatives.
Conceptualize and develop Solutions & Offerings and create reusable assets & frameworks.

Qualifications:
Engineering Graduate (Preferably Mechanical ,Production, Mechatronics, Electronics)
MBA (Preferred)
Skilled Certifications in MES (Functional or COTS Products) or Evolving Digital Trends (Preferred) Role & responsibilities
