Role & responsibilities
Generate new leads through cold calling, referrals, networking, digital platforms, and other sources.
Understand clients property requirements, budget, preferences, and investment objectives.
Identify and recommend suitable residential and commercial properties.
Conduct property presentations and arrange site visits for prospective clients.
Follow up with leads and prospects regularly to convert enquiries into sales.
Coordinate with internal teams, developers, legal teams, and other stakeholders to facilitate transactions.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by management.
Stay informed about property inventory, pricing, market trends, new projects, and competitor activities.
Deliver excellent customer service and support long-term client relationships.

Preferred candidate profile
Graduate in any discipline; a degree/diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.




Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and property trends is an advantage.
Proven ability to generate leads, follow up with prospects, and achieve sales targets.
Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
Professional appearance and confident personality.
Good networking and client-handling skills.
Ability to conduct property/site visits and travel locally as required.
