Job Responsibilities:
Generate leads for Personal Loan products through various channels.
Contact potential customers and understand their financial requirements.
Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and documentation requirements.
Follow up with customers from lead generation to loan disbursement.
Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Coordinate with the credit and operations teams for smooth processing.
Collect and verify customer documents as per company requirements.
Maintain daily sales reports and update customer information in the system.
Identify recent business opportunities through references, existing customers, and market visits.

Eligibility:




Graduate / Undergraduate candidates can apply, depending on company requirements.
Freshers and experienced candidates can be considered.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Candidates with experience in Personal Loan, Banking Sales, Credit Card, Insurance, or other financial products will be preferred.
