Role & responsibilities
Manage and retain existing corporate clients.
Handle servicing for Employee Benefits and Non-EB insurance accounts.
Achieve revenue, yield, upselling and cross-selling targets.
Coordinate with insurance companies and TPAs for pricing, claims/service issues and policy requirements.
Support the sales team in acquiring recent corporate clients.
Build solid relationships with HR, Finance, decision-makers and other corporate stakeholders.
Conduct regular monthly/quarterly/annual client reviews and present policy performance.
Suggest current insurance products, services and wellness solutions to clients.
Maintain relationships with TPAs and insurers to ensure smooth service delivery.
Work with Analytics and Consulting teams for client advisory.
Maintain revenue records in SAIBA and use internal tools such as LKP/TMIBASL.
Support and mentor team members when required.
