Role & responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.
Handle employee joining, documentation, induction, and HR records.
Manage attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and employee databases.
Address employee queries and support employee engagement activities.
Coordinate performance reviews, probation confirmations, and appraisals.
Manage employee exits, clearance, and Full & Final coordination.
Ensure compliance with company HR policies and applicable labour regulations.
Coordinate with management and branch teams for day-to-day HR requirements.
Preferred candidate profile
36 years of experience in HR Generalist/HR Operations.
Robust communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Positive knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, payroll inputs, and employee relations.
Experience in a hospital, healthcare, hospitality, retail, or multi-shift setting is preferred.
