Minimum overall experience of 3+ years.
Strong techno-functional understanding of how applications and databases work
Strong experience in triage/troubleshooting system and application issues
Experience managing configuration on SaaS enterprise applications; Salesforce platform knowledge is preferred but not mandatory
Experienced in requirements gathering, creating user stories
Robust understanding of incidents, problems and change requests management process (ITIL)
Experience working with Ticket Management System (CRM).
Should have participated in User Acceptance Testing. (UAT)
Robust knowledge of MS Office - Excel
Graduate from any background.
Very valuable in both verbal and written Communication skills.
Preferred: Exposure to Salesforce platform and products, including Salesforce Net Zero Cloud, sustainability reporting systems, data management, dashboards, or workflow-based enterprise applications.
