About the Role
We are looking for a Manager – Vendor Procurement to drive vendor sourcing, negotiations, and vendor management, ensuring cost efficiency and reliable partnerships across execution operations.
Key Responsibilities
Source and onboard vendors at competitive rates.
Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and SLAs.
Manage vendor performance, quality, and timelines.
Build and maintain a robust vendor database.
Drive cost optimization and scalable vendor networks.
Coordinate with execution and operations teams.
Track vendor KPIs and ensure compliance.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or vendor management.
Robust negotiation and commercial skills.
Excellent vendor relationship and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
Bengaluru-based candidates preferred.
