Role & responsibilities
Be instrumental in structuring and managing the entire team for designated sites efficiently and effectively.
Identify and develop positive connects in the vicinity and maintain good relations for the smooth completion of projects.
Implement the entire road map for project execution at his sites from site activities related to approvals, evacuation, and construction after having negotiated and sealed the commercial terms with the stakeholders at site
Understand the site demographics and flashpoints
Co-ordinate with the concerned departments to finalise the drafts for Agreements, Consents, DA(Development Agreement) and PAAA (Permanent Alternate Accommodation Agreement).
Consistently use successful techniques and company directives to hire, orient and train recent personnel and manage the full-scale team at site level as per the project stages.
Gauge the investment activity in the Real Estate Sector,



Industry trends w.r.t. pricing and product mix, competitor activity in the vicinity of the project as well as at the city and national level.
Feasibility reports/land acquisition/due diligence

Preferred candidate profile
Post Graduate / Graduate with experience in similar capacity with leading real estate developer for a minimum period of 5 to 8 Years.
Excellent Communication & interpersonal skills. Strong analytical, proven negotiation & financial skills with the ability to adapt to change .
Self-starter, Confident, Team-oriented with ability to multitask and work in a team
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point)
Prior experience in redevelopment with complete understanding of real estate practices including knowledge of relevant legal jurisdiction.
