Position: Accounts & Operations Specialist (CA Inter / Banking Background)
Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra (Work from Office) Job Description:
We are looking for a energetic financial qualified to handle accounting, compliance, and financial operations. This role is ideal for semi-qualified CAs (IPCC cleared with full articleship) or individuals with experience working in the banking sector. Key Responsibilities:
Finalization of accounts, balance sheet preparation, and MIS reporting.
Managing banking operations, reconciliations, and credit/loan tracking.
Ensuring smooth compliance for GST, TDS, and corporate tax regulations.

Candidate Requirements:
Must have cleared CA Inter / IPCC and completed 3 years of articleship, OR hold 1+ years of operational experience in a commercial bank.




Located in Mumbai with a reasonable commute.
Proficiency in Tally ERP, SAP, or advanced Excel.

Roles and Responsibilities
Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, GST compliance, TDS filing, and general accounting tasks.
Ensure timely finalization of financial statements and adherence to company's accounting policies.
Maintain accurate records of all transactions and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders for smooth execution of accounting operations.
Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
