•Role & responsibilities:
Manage and oversee brand operations across Quick Commerce platforms including Blinkit, Zepto, and Swiggy Instamart.
Ensure smooth execution of day-to-day operational activities and platform compliance.
Coordinate with POCs to improve visibility and performance. • Monitor inventory levels across warehouses and dark stores to ensure optimum stock availability.
Manage product listings, catalog updates, pricing, images, and product descriptions. •
Ensure accurate and competitive product information across all platforms. •
Process Purchase Orders (POs) received from Quick Commerce partners. •
Coordinate with warehouse and supply chain teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
Maintain high OTIF (On-Time In-Full) performance and minimize stock-outs.
Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for platform partners.
Resolve operational issues related to orders, inventory,



returns, and product listings.
Track daily sales performance, inventory turnover, and product availability.
Analyze sales and operational data to identify growth prospects.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in E-commerce Operations, Quick Commerce Operations, Retail Operations, or Marketplace Management.

• Hands-on experience with Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, or similar Quick Commerce platforms.

• Robust understanding of inventory management, digital catalogs, and order processing workflows.
