Overview

We are looking for a Production Support Engineer with experience to monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain business-critical applications and systems in production environments. The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of SQL, Linux, application troubleshooting, monitoring, incident management, and IT support processes.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor production applications and systems to ensure availability and performance.
Troubleshoot application, database, server, and system-related issues.
Analyze application logs and identify root causes of production incidents.
Write and execute SQL queries for data validation and issue resolution.
Monitor system performance, alerts, jobs, and scheduled processes.
Handle L1/L2 production support tickets and incidents.
Respond to production alerts and resolve issues within defined SLAs.
Perform incident investigation and provide timely resolution.
Coordinate with Development, QA, Database, Infrastructure, and DevOps teams.




Escalate complex issues to appropriate technical teams.
Support application deployments and post-deployment validation.
Perform basic health checks and application monitoring.
Maintain incident documentation, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge-base articles.
Participate in root cause analysis and preventive action activities.
Support scheduled maintenance, releases, and production changes.
Identify repetitive issues and suggest automation or process improvements.

Eligibility
Any Graduate
Experience in Production Support, Application Support, Technical Support, or IT Operations.
Freshers with strong technical knowledge and practical projects can apply.
Positive troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Valuable communication and incident-handling skills.
