As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development of custom software solutions that are designed to meet specific business needs. Your typical day will involve coding, enhancing components, and collaborating with various teams to ensure the delivery of scalable and high-performing solutions using modern frameworks and agile methodologies. You will be responsible for understanding the requirements and translating them into effective software designs, while also ensuring that the solutions are aligned with the overall business objectives.

Proficiency in Workday Core HCM.

Familiarity with cloud-based solutions and deployment strategies.
