We help businesses build, modernize, and scale their digital products, including custom software, web applications, and mobile apps. Our team has delivered projects across logistics, fintech, healthcare, on-demand services, and retail, and we're known for taking on complex challenges such as rescuing stalled or underperforming apps and turning them into reliable products.

Role & responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed, as well as referrals
Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and schedule interviews with hiring managers
Coordinate the complete recruitment process, from posting jobs to sending offer letters
Handle onboarding of recent joiners, including documentation, induction, and ID/system setup coordination
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave data in HR systems or Excel
Assist in preparing inputs for payroll and in exit formalities
Help plan employee engagement activities, celebrations, and team events




Support the drafting of HR policies, letters, and internal communication

Preferred candidate profile
BBA / MBA (HR) / any graduate with an interest in Human Resources, 2025 or 2026 pass-outs preferred
01 year of experience (freshers welcome; HR internship experience is a plus)
Positive communication skills in English and Hindi, both spoken and written
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Workspace
Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn is an advantage
Well-organized, confident, and good with people
Able to handle confidential information responsibly
Willing to work from the office at Sector 63, Noida
