Role & responsibilities
Develop architectural concepts, designs, layouts, and detailed drawings for UAE and Indian projects.
Prepare 2D architectural drawings including floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed working drawings using AutoCAD.
Develop 3D architectural models and visualizations using Revit, SketchUp, or other relevant software.
Translate design concepts into accurate and practical architectural drawings and 3D models.
Coordinate with structural, MEP, interior, and other project teams to ensure design integration.
Interpret project requirements, architectural standards, and specifications.
Prepare design presentations, material selections, and architectural documentation.
Ensure designs comply with applicable UAE and Indian building codes, standards, and regulations.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Review drawings,



site conditions, and project requirements and make necessary design modifications.

Preferred candidate profile
Bachelors degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent.
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in architectural design.
Experience working on UAE and Indian projects is preferred.
Robust proficiency in 2D and 3D architectural design.
Hands-on experience with AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and MS Office.
Robust knowledge of architectural design, drafting, detailing, and documentation.
Positive understanding of architectural standards, materials, and construction practices.
Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
