ROLE A Inside Sales Executive / SDR Experience: 2 to 5 Years | Salary: 5 to 8L Cold calling, outbound prospecting, email outreach Qualify leads using BANT framework Book meetings and demos for Sales Manager Maintain CRM Zoho / HubSpot / Salesforce Daily targets: Calls | Connects | Meetings booked
ROLE B Sales Manager / ISM Experience: 58 Years | Salary: 816L Lead and manage a team of 10 ISRs Own full B2B sales cycle pipeline to closure Deal size: Min. 8L–15L per client Virtual demos + client negotiations Revenue target ownership.
