Key Responsibilities:
Support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
Maintain employee records and ensure HR databases are up to date and compliant
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
Coordinate training and development programs
Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and payroll
Assist in performance management and appraisal processes




Participate in employee engagement and wellness initiatives
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations

Qualifications:
MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
3 to 4 years of experience in an HR role
Robust knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems
Strong organisational and time management abilities
