Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented SFE Executive to drive sales-force productivity analysis, MIS reporting, and incentive management, supporting data-driven decision-making across sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and analyze sales-force productivity, including call average, doctor coverage, frequency, and field-force effectiveness.
Track sales and activity KPIs across divisions/regions and identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities.
Prepare and maintain regular SFE MIS, dashboards, and management reports to support business decision-making.
Analyze planned vs. actual calls, doctor coverage, RCPA, and other field-force activity metrics to identify deviations and trends.
Support calculation, validation, and processing of sales-force incentive payouts as per defined schemes and guidelines.
Assist in target allocation, territory/productivity analysis,
and sales-force deployment to optimize field-force effectiveness.
Monitor SFA/CRM data quality and adoption; coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve system issues and drive user compliance.
Key Skills Required
Robust analytical and MS Excel/data analysis skills (advanced Excel, pivot tables; Power BI/Tableau a plus)
Working knowledge of SFA/CRM tools and sales-force incentive schemes
Valuable understanding of pharma/FMCG sales operations (RCPA, doctor coverage, field-force metrics) adjust per industry
Solid reporting, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
Qualifications
Graduate
1–4 years of relevant experience in SFE/Sales Analytics/MIS roles
