Key Responsibilities
Invoice Generation: Prepare, verify, and issue accurate sales invoices, bills, and delivery challans.
Data Entry & Records: Record daily financial transactions and maintain organized digital and physical documentation.
Payment Processing: Handle cash, card, and digital transactions, and update accounts receivable ledgers.
Dispute Resolution: Answer customer or client inquiries and resolve billing discrepancies or payment delays.
Departmental Coordination: Coordinate with sales, store, and finance teams to confirm order details and pricing.
Compliance & Reporting:



Ensure local tax rules (such as GST) and company financial policies are strictly followed.

Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Bachelors degree in Commerce or Finance (B.Com, BBA, or equivalent).
Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in accounting, billing, or data entry (freshers with relevant software skills are often accepted).
Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software like Tally (Tally Prime/ERP), QuickBooks, SAP, and solid command of MS Excel.
Soft Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, positive verbal communication, and basic problem-solving abilities.
