Digital Marketing Executive Performance Marketing

About the Role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive with an interest in Performance Marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of digital advertising platforms and a solid willingness to learn, analyse campaign performance, and contribute to lead generation and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning, launching, and managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance, budgets, leads, CPL, CTR, CPC, conversions, and other key metrics.
Support performance marketing and lead-generation campaigns.
Conduct basic keyword research and audience targeting.
Assist with campaign optimization to improve lead quality and reduce acquisition costs.
Prepare regular campaign performance reports and analyse data.
Coordinate with the creative and content team for ad creatives and copies.
Conduct competitor and market research.
Support Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking activities.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, advertising tools, and platform updates.





Required Skills
knowledge of Google Ads / PPC.
knowledge of Meta Ads / Facebook Ads Manager.
Understanding of Performance Marketing and Lead Generation.
Basic knowledge of Google Analytics / GA4.
Understanding of CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS and Conversion Rate.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Positive communication skills.
Strong interest in learning and experimenting with digital marketing campaigns.

Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, BMS, BBA, BMM, or a related field.
Digital Marketing certification/course will be an added advantage.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
