Role Summary
We are looking for a Data Analyst to help our teams make data-backed decisions through data analysis, KPI reporting and data visualization. To do well in this role, you need a keen eye for detail, prior experience as a data analyst, and a robust understanding of popular data analysis tools and techniques.

Key Responsibilities
Interpret data, analyze results and provide regular reports.
Build analytics dashboards.
Handle KPI reporting for different business verticals.
Get data from primary and secondary sources, and maintain databases and data systems.
Work with other departments on their data analysis and visualization needs.
Find meaningful insights in data and turn them into recommendations people can act on.

Skills & Requirements
Technical expertise in data models, database design and development, data mining and segmentation techniques.




Knowledge of statistics and experience analyzing datasets with tools such as Excel, Python, SQL and R.
Solid analytical skills, with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and share large amounts of information accurately and with attention to detail.
Skilled at writing queries, writing reports and presenting findings.
Positive written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with A/B testing, ANOVA, probability distributions and regression analysis.
Ability to work with large datasets.

Experience
2+ years of relevant experience in data analysis (preferred).
At least 1 year of hands-on SQL experience (preferred).
Experience at a product company or startup is a plus.

Education
A full-time bachelor's degree from a recognized university
