Core Responsibilities:
Curriculum Delivery: Conduct theoretical and practical classroom sessions covering advanced skincare, hair styling, hair coloring, qualified makeup chemistry, and salon hygiene based on the National Occupational Standards
DDU-GKY SOP Compliance: Maintain mandatory operational logs under DDU-GKY guidelines, including daily biometric attendance, batch lesson plans, and laboratory consumption registers.
Practical Lab Management: Manage the beauty lab inventory, ensuring proper equipment sterilization, sanitation protocols, and availability of consumables for practical training.
Assessments & Evaluations:
Conduct periodic internal mock tests and assessments to measure student learning progress and prepare trainees for final independent assessment.
Employability & Grooming: Impart industry ethics, client communication rules, health and safety protocols, and skilled salon etiquette to help students transparent employer interviews.
Placement Assistance: Coordinate with the center's placement team to guide students through technical interviews and offer advisory support during their initial job assignments
